The end of my contract

Dear Mr. Sule,

Previously, thank you for the opportunity given to me to join us with this Company. Lots of things I got there. There are skills, knowledge, and a good working relationship until near the time my contract ends.

Sorry, if I have to ask the continuation of my future employment status after this contract expired on February 8, 2013. There are some things I would ask;

1.       what the status of my employees for the next, contract or permanent?
For the first point is not a problem for me, as long as the rights and obligations as an employee I am clear.

2.       Can I move out of administration and process to the Laboratory Department?

Almost a year my position as admin. I try to enjoy and to learn to be better. Since I realize not have the educational background of administration. I hope you soon get a better admin than me, smarter, and better able to understand do you want.  This second point I ask because it related to my educational background  from Fakulty of Fisheries and Marine Science, study program: Aquatic Resources Management. If my contract continued, so wished to join in the Laboratory Department due to linearly with the education that I have. Great I hope to continue future of higher education, which holds a Master. May Allah answered my prayers.

3.       What facilities can I get the future?

For the third point may be too sensitive, but as an employee I have the right to ask. Since the purpose of the work is basically to make money, just as well as other purposes: for self-actualization, experience, build relationships, social status, etc.. I became so, working to meet the needs of daily living, far from family is an expensive price to pay to replace their presence beside me. Because there is always a lot of love and a big hug from them to my growing strengthens me though away from them. So there must be something I need to dedicate to those who love me in joy and sorrow. Working also as an investment in the future, to build a small independent family materially and spiritually. The core of this third point is "in the business world every worker has the right and duty to be in balance so that what is produced can be truly maximized".

Of the three points I mentioned, all the decisions are in the hands of the company. I will accept what my future will be decided on, continued or terminated his contract up here. Thank you very much for the opportunity given to me to join the company to this day.

Begitulah isi surat elektronik yang Nuri kirimkan kepada atasannya sebagai jawaban atas pertanyaannya saat dikonfirmasi tentang berakhirnya masa kontraknya.

Hemmmm... aku pasrah dengan apa yang akan diputuskan untukku. Yang terpenting bagiku saat ini adalah tetap melakukan segalanya lebih baik lagi. Karena hidup akan terus berjalan. Jangan pernah takut jika satu pintu tertutup, insyaAllah masih banyak pintu lain yang terbuka lebar untuk kita masuki menuju sebuah perubahan yang lebih baik.

Bukankah rasa manis akan kita rasakan karena kita tahu rasa pahit, asam, dan asin?

Bukankah kesenangan atau kegembiraan akan kita rasakan karena kita tahu rasanya kesedihan?

Bukankah kesuksesan akan lebih besar dan leih indah rasanya setelah kita melewati proses yang panjang, atau bahkan mungkin menyakitkan?

Jangan pernah menyerah dengan apa yang telah kita mulai dan kita yakini kebenarannya.

Tuntaskan apa yang telah kau mulai dan pertahankan apa yang telah engkau yakini kebenarannya dengan ilmu dan pengetahuanmu.

Terus berjuang selagi nafas masih dibadan... Go.... Nuri... Go...!!!!
